This page explains how to use the My Account screen for wholesale owners and staff. You will manage your profile, security, and subscription here. No login is required to read this guide.

Quick start: Profile updates are in the left card. Password changes are in the right card. Subscription controls appear only for Owner role.

Profile

Use the Profile form to keep your name, email, and UI theme up to date. There is also a checkbox to receive an email each time a new order is placed.

1 - Open the My Account page.
2 - Enter your First name and Last name.
3 - Confirm your Email. During a free trial, email changes are locked.
4 - Select Color theme: Light or Dark.
5 - Optional: enable Receive an email when a new order is placed.
6 - Choose Save Changes.
Note: Email cannot be changed while your subscription status is trialing. Try again after the trial ends or once the subscription becomes active.

Change Password

Change your password at any time. The new password must be at least 8 characters and both entries must match.

1 - In the Change Password card, enter your Current password.
2 - Enter a New password and confirm it in Confirm new password.
3 - Use the eye button to show or hide each field if needed.
4 - Select Update Password.
Tip: If the form says Current password is incorrect, check for caps lock and try again.

Subscription (Owner only)

Owners see a Subscription card with a clear status badge and important dates. You can cancel at end of term or restart a pending cancellation.

Shows currency and amount per billing interval.
Interval

Actions you may see:
  • Payment Method: open billing to update your card or ACH.
  • Payment History: review past charges and receipts.
  • Cancel at End of Term: sets cancel_at so service ends when the current period ends. You keep access until that date.
  • Restart Subscription: clears a pending cancellation and continues service.
If status is Past Due, update your payment method to restore access.

Security

Use the Security card to check your last login and to sign out from all devices.

1Review the Last login timestamp.
2Select Log out of all devices to immediately revoke active sessions on browsers and devices.
Tip: If you suspect a shared computer was left signed in, use Log out of all devices.

Status messages

Green means your action succeeded. Example: Profile updated.
Red means something needs attention. Example: New passwords do not match.

Roles and visibility

  • Owner: sees Profile, Change Password, Subscription, and Security.
  • Staff: sees Profile, Change Password, and Security. Subscription is hidden.

Troubleshooting

  • You are on a free trial but cannot change email: this is expected. Wait until the trial ends or the subscription becomes active.
  • Current password is incorrect: confirm the value, toggle visibility with the eye button, and retry.
  • Email address not available: another user in your tenant is already using it, or the domain is not allowed. Pick a different address.
  • Cannot cancel or restart: the subscription may already be canceled or not pending cancellation.
  • Nothing happens after save: check for red status messages above the forms.

Keyboard and accessibility tips

  • Press Tab to move to the next field, Shift + Tab to move back.
  • Use the spacebar to toggle checkboxes.
  • The eye buttons for passwords are keyboard focusable.

What this page updates under the hood

For admins who want to know what is affected when you save:

  • Profile Save updates your user record fields: first name, last name, email, color theme, and new order email flag. It also records the update time.
  • Password Save replaces your stored password hash after verifying the current password.
  • Log out of all devices clears your active sessions so all browsers must sign in again.
  • Subscription actions update your tenant subscription record to cancel at end of term or to restart.

Glossary

  • Current period: the active billing window for your subscription.
  • Cancel at end of term: service continues until the period end, then stops. No new charges.
  • Pending cancellation: a cancellation has been scheduled but can be restarted before the end date.
  • Trialing: you have access without charges until the trial end date.
