Our promise

We only collect the information required to create and operate your account and to provide the wholesale portal features (logins, product visibility, ordering, invoicing, and support). Your information is never sold and is never given to third parties for their own marketing.

Information we collect

  • Account details you provide (tenant name, user names, emails, phone numbers).
  • Operational data needed for the portal (products, customers, orders, invoices, inventory, warehouses).
  • Security/session data (IP, user agent, session tokens) to keep accounts safe and to prevent abuse.
Optional data like CSV uploads are used only to power in-app features such as product and inventory sync.

How we use your information

  • Authenticate users and secure access to private buyer/owner areas.
  • Display catalog, stock, pricing, and invoices to authorized users.
  • Process orders and keep an audit trail for your operations.
  • Provide support and communicate about service updates or issues.

What we do not do

  • No selling of personal or business information.
  • No sharing of your data with third parties for their marketing or advertising.
  • No public storefront or public exposure of your catalog or orders.

Cookies & sessions

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your signed-in session and to protect your account. These cookies are required for core functionality and security.

Data retention

We retain account and operational records only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of certain data, subject to our legal obligations and record-keeping requirements.

Security

We use encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your data. You are responsible for safeguarding your passwords and limiting access to authorized users within your organization.

Access & control

  • Admins can manage users, customers, and data within their tenant.
  • You can update certain profile details in-app, and you can contact support for help with corrections or deletions.

Third-party processors

Where we use service providers (e.g., payments, infrastructure), they act as processors on our behalf and are only permitted to use data as needed to deliver the contracted service to us.

Children’s data

The service is for business use only and not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify tenant admins in-app or by email.
